This is for my campaign setting, Pillars of Aiar, originally begun as an entry to the open call for settings that has since made Keith Baker a household name. My normal journal is lonvettar, but this one is here to be specialized for my setting.
I've rewritten Aiar several times, the fourth beginning just before the creation of this journal. So far, it's been playtested extensively (hell, almost exclusively) by the talented Colin Singer and his friends at Georgia Tech, and I think here is the proper place to express my undying gratitude and appreciation for them for using my setting. After all, without playtesting, how would I know to fix anything?
Everything in here is copyright me, Rev. John Paul Byrne. Don't let that get you down if you want to use it, though, because I'm more than happy to share. Also, if you just so happen to be from WotC, Green Ronin, or Malhavoc, you just let me know if you like anything I come up with, because working in the industry would be AMAZING.
I'm also a huge Monty Cook fan. So, Mr. Cook, if you are ever directed here or stumble across this, you rock. When you broke from WotC to put out Arcana Unearthed and everything else with the Diamond Throne, I became a permanent and avid fan. Rock on sir. Keith Baker, if you see this, I know I would have lost out to you in the contest if I'd been done on time, because Eberron is awesome and wonderful, and later revisions of this setting have built on a lot of your ideas.
Anyway, I doubt they'll see that, or this page, but a guy can hope, right?
So, yeah.
